Two residential housing developments are under construction on 13.5 acres at the northeast corner of the Centerville Turnpike and Lynnhaven Parkway intersection. Two additional acres are available for future commercial development. Woods Creek Driving Range was previously at the site.
Centerville Crossing is being developed on 3.5 acres by Woods Creek Development and built by Ryan Homes. The address is 2075 Centerville Turnpike. Centerville Crossing features three-story townhomes with either one- or two-car garages. The 40-unit community will include nine buildings and feature three distinct models, according to Stephanie White, sales and marketing representative for Ryan Homes.
Infinity Apartments are being co-developed on 10 acres by Bonaventure Realty Group and Lillel Farms, LLC. The address is 2120 Centerville Turnpike. Infinity Apartments includes six buildings and 236 units. The community will feature one, two and three-bedroom homes with stone and brick veneers, according to Shannon Morgan, superintendent for Marlyn Development Corporation.
Both projects have a spring 2016 completion date.
